We invite you to activate your account now so you don’t miss important updates.

How to Access ParentSquare

You can use ParentSquare on a computer or a smartphone/tablet. You only need to activate your account once; after that, you can use either method at any time.

Smartphone/Tablet

1. Download the ParentSquareapp:
   • iPhone/iPad
   • Android
2. Open the app and enter the email or cell phone number that BISD has on file.
3. If you have a Google (Gmail) account on file, you can click Sign in with Google.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Computer

1. Go to www.parentsquare.com.
2. Enter the email or cell phone number BISD has on file.
3. You will receive an authentication email or text message with instructions to finish signing up.

Update Your Contact Information

If your email address or phone number needs to be updated in our system, please contact the registrar on your child's campus.

Set Your Notification Preferences

Once signed up, be sure to review your notification settings.

• Instant – Receive all post notifications in real time.
• Digest – Direct messages, alerts, and time-sensitive posts arrive instantly; all other posts are sent together at the end of the day (default setting).

Important Notes

• Watch for emails from donotreply@parentsquare.com (check your spam folder and add to safe senders).
• ParentSquare will replace SchoolMessenger for BISD communication.
• ParentSquare will not replace Ascender Parent Portal (grades, schedules, student data) or Google Classroom.
